… And how do you cope with that?
Great power competition getting out of hand within the next 3-years. To cope since I cannot do anything about it is to just go on with my daily life as a normal regular citizen.
I try not to look at the future too much otherwise it can seem grim or overwhelming. If i do i start thinking about how meaningless it all is and how to keep it going for another 40 years or whatever.
So instead i think about looking forward to some ice cream, a root beer, a bike ride, a chat with a friend. Something simple.
Dying in agony of a painful disease. my easy solution is something I can’t say here.
Parkinsons from the medications.
Age-related illnesses such as Parkinsons or dementia.
That things will never change, that I always will suffer to some degree. I’m optimistic, maybe things change with age.
To become stiff and immobile if I live a sedentary lifestyle.
What about you, @Zoe what is your biggest fear bout the future?
Death in general. But also a ww3 and the potential of my sons having to go off to war.

Being able to hold down a job; the only way to deal with it is by not getting back into the workplace. But money is tight, I don’t like living inside the means of disability. I want to be more financially affording.
I worry about my mum my family my partner their health my health … Too much to think about

That antipsychotics medication won’t improve much.
Losing my arms due to smoking.
Not being able to work in my current job anymore. If I had to cope with it I had to do a regular job and I really don’t want that
I fear the progression of my COPD. I got my pulmonery function test results but couldn’t understand them altho there were a lot of values in red. I’ll find out what that means when i see my doctor later this month.
Whether I’m employable or able to work.
