I was on a dating website once, and saw on the profile page of a young woman: “I hope you don’t complain too much, because life is what you make it”.
Truth was, despite still being healthy, I tended to complain a lot back then. And right now, truth is, despite being ill, I complain way less.
Somehow, a lady in her early 20s had acquired a deep wisdom about the workings of this world. I don’t even remember what she looked like, only her words.
Mrs. Jayster complains a lot, but she does it so sweetly that most people don’t mind.

A good person is not violent, aggressive or abusive. These traits have no cost.

The point is to leave things in better shape for the next person than you found them in.
Also, not everything needs to be understood to be enjoyed.

Maybe it’s harder to see the point on drugs with the flatness and all. And many of us are lonely. Life isn’t supposed to be this way, I’m kind of derailed from society, but I’m still trying best I can to take a interest in life. Some days are bad while others are ok. One day at a time…tomorrow might be a better day.
Who made the world?
Who made the swan, and the black bear?
Who made the grasshopper?
This grasshopper, I mean.
The one who has flung herself out of the grass,
The one who is now eating sugar out of my hand,
Who is moving her jaw side to side instead of up and down,
Who is gazing around with her large and complicated eyes.
Now she lifts her pale forearms and thoroughly washes her face.
Now she snaps her wings open, and floats away.
I don’t know exactly what a prayer is.
I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down
into the grass, how to kneel in the grass
How to be idle and blessed, how to walk through the fields,
Which is what I’ve been doing all day.
Tell me, what else should I have done?
Doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon?
Tell me what it is that you plan to do?
With your one, wild and precious life?
