What is something your grandmother always has on hand?

Not on hand but I remember these huge snails where she lives.

All my grandparents are now dead.

My other grandma used to serve strawberries for desert. In a sugary syrup.

The other grandma, she used to have homemade cherries in jars, they were so amazing, at the time. They were in a liquid, dunno if it was just water sweetened by the cherries or with added sugar.

My grandma that I knew always had an electric keyboard to entertain people if there was no piano or organ to play. She performed in a band up into her 90s. She died at 100

I only remember one meeting with my grandmother and she had bad advice on hand - wanting me to change too much. My other grandmother lived overseas and I saw her briefly only once.

Fingerprints…
