im on a gram twice a day since Monday, but I have to say im disappointed…feel nothing realy, if there is any effect at all it was subtle

It took me a couple of months to notice anything. When I did notice something it wasn’t that strong. I’m committed to it though.

Been taking it for almost 2 months now and haven’t felt a difference. I’ve been taking 2 grams per day which is the recommended dose.
