A friend helped me realize that I need to set up goals to help me out. In addition, I realized that I need to focus on my physical and spiritual well-being in addition to my mental well-being.

Yes, goals is very good to set up , but take your time with them and don’t set one higher that you personally can reach or obtain.

Yeah I have realistic ones so I think I will be okay. The depression has lifted from earlier today.

Yeah that is what my therapist keeps telling me. I realized that I need to follow through on it.

Try and start with little, small goals. Then build up from there.
Sometimes I wish I had a private therapist.
