What I need to do

Ok don’t read this if you don’t like religion.

I was trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. This was in My Daily Bread I think. And why today/tonight ? So it’s my bookmark to rely on God more because my pdoc may be great but she can’t “save” me.

Getting close to God while we are strong and healthy prepares us to lean on Him for support and hope when those “difficult days” in life come.

Father, I always need You. Forgive me for
thinking I am sufficient in myself. Help me to
follow You and Your ways whether life is easy
or difficult. Thank You for caring for me.
Remembering our Creator can be our personal anthem.

hey,

I read anyways and I’m an atheist but still…

I’d like to quote Hafiz…

God and I are like two giant fat people. We keep bumping into each other and laughing !!! ( paraphrased ).

I don’t like god but I like Hafiz…and he was into god!

Who is Hafiz…? Is he a philosophical figure? Just interested to know.

Hi im new and A firm believer in Christ it nice to know there is someone else hear kinda like me .I think its sad alot of people with mental disorders turn away from God as they think he has abandoned them to the illness. For me its the opposite.Ive been a Christian trying not to sin too bad but haven’t been to Church or read the Bible in 30 yrs.Since i’ve started reading interpreted scripture on web sites lately I feel so much better and my life has really improved. God Bles You

HEY,

Hafiz is a Persian poet and a sufi from long ago. Truly a realised soul and even I appreciate a man who realises spiritualism to that level. I’d say akin to being enlightened in the east!

Try …" The Gift " translated…get it at good bookshops…amazing and inspired stuff even for an atheist like me!
