What helped me most with my OCD

I realized these bad thoughts (about fear, anxiety and more) were just random thoughts that were completely irrational and didn’t have the most minimal sense so I ignored them, I ignored them and I ignored every other thought about it

If other thoughts came in trying to ruminate about that, if any thought was about the thing I decided to ignore I ignored them too. Everything, absolutely everything was ignored. And for doing so I just took some time to realize how stupid these thoughts are, because they’re irrational. That’s it.
