It’s something you adapt to being in a super high stress job. You have to learn it to survive in a very high stress job. It’s the only way you can get by. No one can teach it to you. You teach yourself. On the job.
all i know about getting old is that i look different in the physical sense, I’m not as good looking as i once was lol
