What foods/herbs/supplements would you recommend to stay healthy

I am an omnivore and like a varied diet. I have seen the effects of a strict vegan diet on my grandpa, but I like my meat.

As for things that keep you healthy, beans and nuts are great. Cabbage has a lot of nutrients. There’s more but I forgot everything I wanted to say, lol.
