I havent used it very long, but i believe i used 25mg just for sleep and later 100mg for psychosis and mood symptoms. I generally respond to low doses though.

Sorry, mine is not for mood. It acts as my antipsychotic. Still, if it helps any, I’m on 500mg split into doses 100/100/300 3 times per day.
