What does it mean to be a beautiful person to you?

I used to think it just means being true to yourself,

But a murderer is true to himself when he kills someone,

So is he she still a beautiful person?

What makes someone a beautiful person?

To me kindness, compassion, interested in the world. Interested in others, interesting talents and skills. Interested in others.

I know some people find confidence attractive - but i group that in with physical attraction.

This is ideal for me.

I know i am not fitting into what I feel makes a beautiful person.

To me, I think self care, to the best of one’s ability. Because when you truly care for yourself that is how you project onto others.

I see beautiful as meaning feelings of wellbeing being perceived and sensed.

Self care is not just a physical thing but it encompasses many things I think.

I think the sad part is as humans - we look at physical beauty first - even though we say all these things people should be to be a beautiful person, some people who have all these inner beauty qualities never get a chance if they are unattractive or shy. Which is a shame.

Leaving things better than you found them for the next person.

Introducing a bright spot into a dark moment.

Holding a fart back in a crowded elevator no matter how much it hurts.

Yea we do look at physical beauty first as that is what we see first. Lol.

But I think the more you get to know a person the more you see their whole beauty.

To me, it’s a person who cares about others and the world around them. It’s a person who is able to forgive others. It’s a person who is kind, generous, compassionate and loyal to family and friends.

Depends - but its so much easier to walk away. And if you forgive - will this just be how the relationship continues where they continue to make you feel that way.
