What does hapiness mean to you?

Hapiness for me is feeling alright and being with my Mom.

Many things. But most of all, happiness to me is very fleeting. No one can achieve happiness and then stay in that state for long. I think that making plans, then moving towards them, achieving them, then moving on to the next plan can be happiness. And the bigger the obstacle or thing in the way of achieveing the plan/goal/path the better the emotional reward of happiness and satisfaction.
And having interludes of chilling and relaxing and lots of fun in between too.
But yeah, i think theres endless types of happiness.

I don’t know what happened to my happiness.

I was very happy in my childhood.

Your comment is spot on ay. I had extremely bad depression for years. Now that its mostly died down these days l, just feeling okay seems like a blessing.

Happiness to me is not being in a romantic relationship, and living alone, doing all my many interests and hobbies, on my own terms, and in my own time.

I truly consider myself a very blessed person.

Happiness is the feeling of slight warmth in cold temperatures combined with the feeling of your muscles being sore and hard to move.
