What do you think is the hardest goal in life to achieve?

I believe it is happiness.

Serenity. IMO. Happiness is something I achieve every day. It comes and it goes. Serenity is more of a constant version of happiness which is very tough to achieve.

Happiness for most people. The goal posts keep moving.

I’m lucky. It doesn’t take much to make me happy so I’m happy most of the time!

I think that not quantifying life into a series of goals is the hardest goal. Think about it. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Honestly, peace of mind is pretty hard to achieve. I read a lot to distract myself and achieve peace of mind.

Yeah peace of mind is what I am striving for. Would take that over happiness (would prefer both though)

I have peace of mind sometimes. It’s actually something I have craved for the last 36 years with schizophrenia. It’s never too late.

I’m a little too content to lead a life of little accomplishment. I think people who achieve a lot are people who are tormented by ambition. Oh well, life ain’t bad.

I agree completely

the hardest goal in my life, right now, is self-restraint. ironically, my paranoid sz somewhat helps. meds help too.

Achieving goals…
