I think abilify is the best medicine, for me at least. I think clozapine is the second best for me. I think abilify is the best medicine overall. I also think clozapine is the second best ap there is overall.
Abilify worked the best for me, before the side effects effected me.
It reallly depends on how you react to it, symptoms and side effects. For treatment resistant sz, only Clozapine.
There is no such thing as the best AP.
Whichever one works for you is the ābestā AP.
Risperdal is very effective but it has too many side effects to be considered my best.
Abilify did very little damage physically.

Itās possible for one ap, to be better, than another ap medicine. It is very hard to figure out, but it is possible for one ap to have less side effects overall. It is also possible for one medicine to be more effective than other medicinesā¦over allā¦ but it is in my opinion it is close overall.

We all have different genetics and different body chemistry so it depends on the individual more than on the ap.

Quetiapine is the best drug for me. I get a good sleep in on it and been on it for nearly 10 years. Doctors dont mind dishing it out either cos its dirt cheap on their budgets.
Prisoners go mad for it in the nick - where its known as Serial Killer. Dont ask me why, but when i was locked up - i used to swap it for tobacco. Cons love anything that makes them sleep the day away lol.
