What do you recommend for better blood flow except exercise?

I’m going to try some of the ones listed in the link, but I just want to check here first if someone knows something good that would last a good amount of time.

You could research herbs like ginkgo biloba

Gingko bilboa is bad with a lot of psychotropic meds.


Oh, the blood flow is good for us yeap. I lack it too in my body and brain, cause I was passive for very long…
I am not sure we talk about the same thing (sorry if not), but exercise is probably very good on this too. Walks, etc…
Oh, OK, you said except exercise… Well, maybe some spicy foods, garlic and some tea infusions…
