I take medicine, that’s my primary thing.
I monitorise my symtoms and keep in touch with my pdoc.
I do therapy 3 times a week and go with an open mind.
I listen to music everyday and it makes me happy.
I woke up early to see the sun.
I smoke and drink coffee in the morning and imeddiatly I feel better.
I go out with a friend.
I learn as much as. I can.
I try to stop compare myself with other people

I try to have a good attitude
I try to stop talking down to myself
I try to think less and better
I try to live in reality and know my limits.

Stay med compliant. Use the whole treatment team including pdoc, support worker, therapist, and family members. Having a few hobbies helps. Walk everyday. Stay away from toxic people. Avoid alcohol though I’m still working on that one. Be a good neighbor and help people the best you can.
I think a pet would help even further but we’ll see.
I live with my family and they can be toxic at times so avoiding toxic people is hard.
I go to bed early and wake up early. I am trying to get back into art. Waiting on upgraded paints I bought on e bay for $120. I mostly try to relax and take it one day at a time. Not stress myself out.
Reading other replies, I think I don’t do many things for my mental health. I should put more efforts!
