A card just with your website with free things. What’s this called?
It’s still a business card, I think.
It would be for personal or professional use.
A more personal one would just be like listing in phone book, or maybe a sponsor for a non profit.
You could call it a “calling card” I’ve heard the term before. I think it’s more about some quip that everyone recognizes as something you do(almost exclusively). Wait that might be “calling sign.”
You could call it a “page card” or “site card” if it just has a website on it.
I think in most cases though all you have to say is “here is my card” or “can I get your card”
