I am not a typical male I guess.
I am not into watching sports (except tennis sometimes) or exercising a lot.
I am not obsessed (anymore) with women or porn.
I am not desperate for money.
I am peaceful and loathe violence, even verbal violence is sometimes too much to bare.
I do want to leave a mark on the world, a trace of my passing. My best chance would be to contribute a worthy piece of software, or to educate a future bright scientist. But I’m probably too lazy and uninspired to ever make that happen.
@Tulane I said on my profile that I was on disability to possibly attract other people on disability that might want to date…then when we started chatting on messages online it would come it why I was on disability…this confirms that you have an income…and ladies like that. I don’t know if you are male or female…but as a male that worked for me…found my wife on plenty of fish dot com.

Each person needs a certian person so i dont think theres one overarching answer. Kind of like asking ‘what kind of medicine does a sick person need?’ Its highly individual. We need somone who is like us but also helps us grow as a person.
Ultimately tho i think the main purpose of a marriage is to have and raise children. So whoever that woman is it would be great if she was a very virtuous person. I mean that would be very important.

@ThePoet having children has never been an option in either of my marriages…I have been a step dad before in my first marriage, but that’s as close as I got as to having children…you must be young to think a woman could have a baby…I am older…so I don’t think of that as important.

thanks man…yes…doing very well…just got back from a three day vacation in tulsa and skiatook oklahoma visiting my well to do brother barry and his wife liz. my mom drove us…it was a very good time the whole three days…got to see my friends from college back in the eighties…they all live in tulsa…
