I usually quit eating much for dinner and have mostly within evening. And I usually have bread during evening with peanut butter or cheese spread or marmalade…

Last night, I made Jamaican Jerk chicken for dinner. It was yummy.
Y’all, I went out to eat and stayed within my diet at the restaurant!!! I had grilled shrimp and mixed veggies.
We were supposed to go to Olive Garden last night but I went to Hooters instead. Mother in laws house tonight. Pot roast I think. So rice and gravy and I hope she makes this cabbage I like but no telling. We are bringing a charcuterie board.

Pizza and ribs from one of my favorite pizza shops. The ribs are excellent for being made at a pizza joint – nice and tender. Not very smoky, which is fine in this case.

We had applebees. WE were originally planning on going to a different restaurant but they had new hours and closed at 3pm. might be close to going out of business or something. Odd hours for a restaurant.

I made a dairy free, gluten free meatloaf. I was surprised - it was actually good. We eat red meat less than once per month so it was a treat for my husband.
Today was hamburgers, tomatoes and cottage cheese and a few potato chips.
