i think i’m the only one updating this now lol, does no-one want to share their day?
my day has been ok apart from a really bad migraine which i still have,
i woke up and looked out the window and it was snowing and thick on the ground so i thought ■■■■ everywhere will be closed but i went out anyway and luckily the chemist was open so i got my prescription and then i went for coffee where i spoke to a couple of people i know,
after that i was not driving in the snow so i got the train into my clubhouse and we had a really good meal of steak pie and all the trimmings (was amazing) and dessert for £2.25 
spoke to my support workers about my job and got some really good advice.
came home, went for coffee its still only 4pm and its getting dark.
