What did I expect from the Dollar store

I got a stylus pen that says it works on touchscreens. Like a ink-less stylus. I get home and try it out and it is just a normal ■■■■■■■ pen with ink. What did i expect from the dollar store?

Is the other end a stylus? I got a shitty pen from the dollar tree that one end was a normal ink pen and the opposite end was the stylus.
