Grounding techniques mainly. You have to do things to remind yourself that you are real and here in the present.
Try to engage your senses touch smell sight etc. And describe the sensations.
Like I find describing the room I’m in to myself helps me. For example the walls are brown. I’m sitting in a yellow chair. The fabric of the chair has a rough texture. Etc.
Also make a set of questions for yourself like what year it is, your name, your favorite color. Etc.
I also find counting things helps me. Like number of things I can see that are green. The number of trees. The number of slats on a park bench
Also stim toys are great things you can fidget with and feel!
Now this isn’t a cure but it can help!
