Tell them they should do it themselves.
I always tell mine “get a body then we’ll talk”.
I’m sorry you’re struggling though I also find music helps!

i always say to them patience is very big deep sea has no end has no bottom

Put on music or something to drown them out or otherwise ignore them. Remember, they hold no real power over you.
