Hard to say. Anxiety manifests in a lot of ways. Social anxiety. General anxiety. Panic disorders. I’ve had them all. Deep breathing may help you. Also the right meds and therapy and insights.

I take Klonopin, Buspar, and Clozapine. Maybe ask you doctor about something like that? :carrot::carrot::carrot:

You have probably heard this before and have tried it, but just to make sure. You can take baby steps and just walk out the front door and stay on the porch for like 5 or 10 minutes. Then go back outside.

Deep breathing exercises, meditation and Tibetan healing bowls as well as reading the bible and trying things outside my comfort zone a little at a time has helped me… I have social anxiety and I used to get panic attacks a lot when I was on paxil…

My pdoc put me on 120 mg Cymbalta and it really works well for anxiety and depression.
