What are your eating habits daily

I eat 1 meal a day. I cut out all breads, all sugars, no pasta, no junk food and usually eat vegetables. My dad is the one that cooks and makes pretty healthy foods. He’s also a great cook. I know people wonder why I eat 1 meal a day because it’s very good for you and keeps you slim and it’s a main key for longevity. I don’t usually get hungry anymore since I started doing it as well and did not have to worry about eating all the time.
