My delusions are real, what i went through in Oct was more of a Spiritual thing than a delusional thing, i was getting attacked by satan himself, i fought him off but my meds helped, i had to double my dose in the hospital 
I have a lot of religious/spiritual delusions, which is weird considering I’m agnostic.
I might have erotomania but in reverse? I don’t know how to describe it other than that.
At one point, I also believed that one of my relatives was going to die when I was younger, maybe at 12 years old.
