I like sausage, potatoes and sauerkraut, but not cooked in lard. I’m already big! Lol. My mom used to make it when I was little. It’s really good.

Tonight I had beef fajitas. Went out to a Mexican place so had some chips and dip too and a side of refried beans.

Just finished the last of this bag of ribeyes. Served with wild rice and roasted cabbage steak and red pepper. Tomorrow will just be soup and a bun, methinks. Need to dial it back.

I had a chicken Carver sandwich at Boston market along with their brussel sprouts. The new brussel sprouts they sell are really good.

We had turkey balls with sweet and sour and rice. We use turkey instead of chicken… It’s cheaper and we always have leftovers from special occasions.
