I ate at my dad’s. We had oldfashioned dutch food. With mashed potatoes mixed with mashed carrot and onion and meatballs. 
I’m proud of him, that he learned to cook, after mum died.

Probably make a couple of bean burritos with the last of the flour tortillas and leftover refried beans and cheese. And a salad with romaine lettuce, avocado and carrots. And cut up some fresh strawberries for dessert sprinkled with Splenda.

I was supposed to make a turkey spinach casserole, but my husband and I ended up sharing General Tso Chicken instead. It was ok. He loved it.
