Just woke up, itā€™s 6:40 am. Iā€™m drinking home made espresso with a lot of milk and some sugarā€¦AND 3 scoops of sarcosine with 1 scoop of Taurine inside!

No breakfast, just coffee. That reminds me, I should go take my pills before I forget.

I have had many cups of coffee already, it is soon the afternoon and I may make some coffee, just one hint if you ever travel here, if a Russian woman likes you to have an afternoon coffee with her, it means totally different :smile:
