Another positive bad habit: I like to eat, and I usually do, laying on bed watching youtube. I have allways a towell nearby my bed that I use as a “tablecloth”…
Intermittent lack of self-care (mostly due to illness)
I chew my nails.
Snack a bit too much and often.
And have some pretty bad self inner talk with my confidence.
Oh, bite my nails, don’t clean my apartment, only bathe once a week are the main troublesome ones.
1, jerking off (kind of a bad habit but not thinking of stopping)
2, picking nose (working on this one, getting in habit of cleaning nose in bathroom)
3. thinking about same topics ( my mind is always turning to same topics so I’m working on a variety of thoughts and replacing/ changing the old ones)
Something I want to change - become more active, lose weight and be physically strong.
