Wh practices hatha yoga?

Or just yoga, I suppose it is called. I have a problem that I want to meditate. But meditation requires good breathing. And good breathing requires good posture.

But I have terrible posture. Any tips for breathing exercises?

I do pranayam every single day…i dont know its benifits but i will do it for 3 4months to see the change…

I do deep breathing
It helps calm me

there is Raja yoga, jnana yoga and more.
breathe with rhythm. be aware. no rush. no goal. be the moment.
