We're gonna get you

Do your voices ever say this

No…but my voices will converse with each other about me and talk like I’m in the third person. Like “she shouldn’t do that, should she?” “No, she shouldn’t, it’s a bad idea”…stuff like that.

Only on days that end in Y. Suckers have been all hat and no cattle for over three decades and I just laugh at it now. They keep their promises even worse than a crooked politician.

I have 24/7 thoughts that my implanted cardiac pacer is actually an alien control implant with nanotech that can insert, alter and control thoughts and that the nanotech can also communicate transmissions directly to me. It’s freaky to think you have a control implant when you legit do have a medical implant. Even tried to cut it out once. Messy and painful.

You should have a conversation about clozapine with your psychiatrist.

It could help with voices and insomnia.

They’ve removed the need for blood tests now in the USA. I’m not sure how I feel about that, but it is what it is.

Talk about clozapine and don’t suffer.

If your current psychiatrist doesn’t want to talk about clozapine for whatever reason, then find one that does.

The first actual auditory hallucination I ever had, the voices said “found you.”

That would set off my first major psychotic episode, with themes of everyone trying to get me, including whatever “entity” or “entities” were talking to me.

I had a lot of thought broadcasting during this time as well— long story short, it was really, really difficult.

At my worst moments, I still think something is talking to me and can control me at times, so I just try to be a good person to others and try to keep my actions positive. (Honestly, I don’t even feel too comfortable talking about it, but I know some folks struggle with the same so I’m trying to open up a little bit.)

I am sorry you’re going through this @Turtle44– just try to relax when you can, and use the forum for help and other positive distractions when possible. Take care :purple_heart:
