Were can I find 2.4mcg of methyl b12?

I looked everywhere

Some dude in the youtube comments is taking them.
He said taking 1000mcg will digest 2% of it according to the RDA/RDI/DV

The daily intake is 2.4mcg

Yea I tried to find a lower dose but it’s hard to find

I’m on 1,000mcg.

Idk how much I’m absorbing but I’ve been told taking this twice per week should be sufficient as a plant based eater.

Idk thou.

I guess I’ll find out wen I do blood tests in half a year and get my homocysteine levels checked :s.

I wonder why these companies don’t make them instead over dose

Yea i don’t understand.

I mean even those vitamins that they know cause harm in big amounts they do massive doses.

I’m getting a dietician appointment in a few weeks time to confirm if two times per week is enough.

Cos the person who told me that was someone selling it in a health store, dunno how true it really is… But we’ve got stores of b12 in our body so it should be fine for now. Best for u to ask a health professional too just to check I don’t want u to get deficiency cos of me

Yes yes

Don’t worry. I’m just exploring vitamins

According to YouTube comments: Something about the liver that stores B12 for 3 years.
