I’ve been having too many weird experiences lately. Then the other night I saw a dead old lady in my boyfriend’s guest room. I knew his grandma had died not too long ago and used to stay with them so I started asking about her and everything he answered matched the description. Then he showed me a picture of her and it looked the same as the lady I saw it really freaked me out. So at that point I just decided it was time to go up. (Doctor has already talked to me about raising my dose but I refused at the time)

Hang in there. Glad you’ve noticed you’ve needed help. That is really good. I know you’ve a lot on these days but take time out to relax. Stress really is the big dealbreaker for most sz peeps.
