Currently come home for a couple of hours, to try and see how i can cope in the flat. Been hallucinating of my proverbial tits lately, but i got a good support team around me.

For those that dont know - im in crisis housing for a couple of weeks up the road.

Its looking good that im going into residential care in the new year. I will be asking my mate @bobbilly what its like :+1:

Obviously cos its xmas - not all have my notes have come thru, but its looking positive.

Im ditching the flat. Ive had enough. No more dodgy women, no more getting drunk, and hopefully no more episodes.

Im returning to supported housing after 20 years. My Enhanced PIP is gonna be paying towards it.

New year - New Changes my Dear Friends. First time in a long time - im looking forward to the Future.

Just had 3 hours of 1 2 1 therapy. My head’s blown up.

Got told stuff I didn’t want to hear, but I needed to hear it.

I’ve seriously got to make some changes.

@Naarai i lived in supported housing here in the UK for 2 years. If you have any questions feel free to ask. It sounds positive what you are doing.

Actually. What was the deal with the food? Did you all chip in together and group cook. Or did you buy your own?

Years ago My food was always getting nicked as well.

Do they take you shopping as well? I hope they do with me, cos it’s hard work managning voices and trying to deal with the cashier atl the same time.

Currently I’ve been relying on Iceland same day delivery online. But that Costa fortune cos you have to spend minimum 40 quid for the delivery. So I end up buying foodi I don’ need.
