Well that wasn’t the best food shopping choice I’ve made .Beef and red wine tortellini to which I added a pot of spicy sausage and tomato sauce. The tortellini was ok , the sauce rather peppery. The problem was so much tortellini! It’s very much a 2 person serving, and says not to reheat.

I wonder why it says not to reheat? I probably would have saved the second portion and tried reheating it. 🤷
