Well rested...finally

I finally got a good nights sleep. I didnt wake up once till 5am. That is rare. I am usually up 3 times a night. I was tired though. I didnt sleep the night before due to paranoia. My mom said i was snoring. I feel well rested this morning. I feel naughty too. I want to tell dirty jokes and look at naked girls. Feeling pretty good right now.

Thank you! I feel spunky. On my mood tracker app i said i feel 8 out of 10. My first non 6 or lower in 5 days.
