Well, I'm back to

logging my meals on MyFitnessPal.com because I am now up to 165 lbs. and that is, for me, right on the edge of overweight and is too much.

As was the case seven years ago, and also 22 years ago, it was the daily chocolate bars that did me in. I simply can’t buy chocolate bars by the stack and eat one daily. Nope, can’t do that. I have to treat chocolate like I treat potato chips and crunchy cheetos. In other words, I have to not buy it. At all.


I hear ya I’m at 166 myself, trying to cut back on portion size.


I’m up on weight too. Probably all that taco bell and beer :frowning:
