What a disaster that was. Anyway not something to worry about for another year.

Same had a freak out on Christmas Day thought the scientists were finally coming to kill me but turns out it was just another test lol

Our Christmas was good but I started having the post stress crash right after. It was awful. Still coming off of it.

I had a good Christmas although I was alone, I ate pizzas and listened to the Christmas songs, the next holiday will be New Year 2019, another year has again passed, I am going to watch fireworks and rest well.

I was “on” for a number of days. Then I couldn’t even move. Couldn’t think. Couldn’t do. Is this what you mean?
Kindof. I crashed and became symptomatic. Angry. Irritable. Unmotivated worse than usual. Wanting to just sleep. Rushing thoughts.

Christmas Eve was better than expected.
I did my best to remain social.
Christmas Day was quiet… which I liked.
I survived.

If you build it into a big day, then of course you will be disappointed.
The media and your childhood memories brainwash you into thinking that it is a massive day.
Take it easy! Expectation and great expectations hardly ever lives up to reality. Even if it was the ideal, it wouldn’t quite be what you wanted it to be. It never is.
Expect nothing and then you will never disappointed…

I wish it never ended. I had a good time with my nieces and nephew. Watched my year and eight month old nephew try to tear into his present was priceless. And I got a few small gifts which was nice.

Christmas is every year disorganized for me as i don’t want to celebrate. But i get conned into it every year. Well,its a reason where the family members get together.
