Welcome yo te muy personal hell

Hello since my childhood I have been mistreated, in the family and at school. I took refuge first in food and then in tobacco. For obesity I plan to go to a specialist, for tobacco my psychiatrist recommended the Champix Chantix, but I do not know why they do not work for me, I go on the 34th and continue smoking. This sad I am very fat and I am always begging for a cigarette, they told me to choose a D-day to quit but not 34 days of treatment if possible.

You have to stop if your on the champix. You set a date so a week or so in you have to stop the cigarettes. If your still smoking it’s not going to work because the idea is it sits on your nicotine receptors and confuses them as being occupied. If your still on champix that long you have to stop the smokes and it should be easy to do.

Just know that these are very big lifestyle changes to make, extremely challenging ones too. It is precious few people who can give up smoking and change their eating habits on the very first go and stick with it. Much less change both of those at the same time. Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t succeed right away or if one tactic doesn’t work for you; keep looking for one that does.
