Keep busy matey and maybe listen to some music at night. My fam bought me a bluetooth turntable for my 50th so with that and youtube I listen to a lot of music whilst I’m relaxing or on the computer especially at night.
Do you have some headphones so you can listen to youtube whilst your relaxing? So many great music clips from the past and all free and awesome…especially the older stuff you never thought may be there…

Hey @77nick77 I’m the king of breaking headphones so never ever lend them to me not in a million years. I’ve gone through hundred pairs till I found skull candy 2 wireless something. I have 2 pair so i never run out of battery. Finally figured it out after alll these years of breaking headphones lol

Need things to keep the busy mind occupied. Meds do well for me but I still have my moments. I’m never without something going on in the background and I still have problems sometimes…Concentrate on things to make you happy and not worry about all that other stuff…music is so good to keep you occupied and listening to good stuff whilst you internet really does help me.
