Weird pulsating at the back of my lower head

Has anybody had this? Feels like a pulsating, happens three or four times in a row when i move my head or become stressed

Also happens after exercise and drinking alchohol

Anybody know what it could be?

Its probably blood circulating, I can feal my heartbeat even in my head after exercise.

I can actually measure my heartbeat using my forehead blood vessels at the sides.

A feeling of tightness and aching at the back of the head, right where my neck muscle meets my skull

pulsating for me happens in my tailbone area.
almost ripped my car seat out one time,
thought something was in there.

Did you have a pulsating at the back of your head?

Feels like a throbbing just at the back of the head going from ear to ear

Mine is called pulsatile tinnitus but I don’t actually hear a pulse, I hear the blood movement swoosh.

If you get time check it out with your doctor

Maybe ask them what causes it
