I was doing dishes and noticed a dark, shadowy presence behind and above me. I turned around and I could sense it fading away. While doing dishes again, the presence returned and disappeared. Strangest thing.

I sometimes sense a light above me but when I look up there’s no light there

This is mysterious.
Once i was in the bathroom
and saw a flashing light.
It was my guardian angel,
I think.

But some nights,
in my bedroom,
I feel a shadow
being there with me.

even though I don’t believe in a spirit portal anymore I catch myself telling the children to go to the light…makes me feel better and I can ignore it better.
