I didn’t know where put this. I started out at 130 at 4’10 all through 2011 then despite constant working out was 140 when joined Army in 2012. I went up to 150 despite working out every day. I quit working out and ate very little and got to 132 in 2016 which is very little for me. I then went back up to 150. Then stayed steady 140-145 for long time . Then went up to highest weight 158. I lost 16 pounds down to 144 and now went from 158 to 157. I worked hard to lose one pound. I been eating less. Drinking water,drinking zero calorie 7 up. I went from invega to abilify. I walk often

If you have a smart phone, download a calorie counting app. I tried to lose weight without calorie counting and I just put on weight.
Now I can see exactly where the calories are coming from and how many I’m consuming and I’m losing weight.

I just saw the bariatric weight loss center dieticians and they put me on a liver reduction diet as a last ditch effort, bit said because of my meds (steroids and antipsychotics) that even if I did everything perfectly it’s likely I won’t lose any weight. It’s really frustrating.
