Semi keto diet. Gotta be very strict though don’t think many people can do it for that reason
Minimal processed food
I eat mostly fresh produce, unprocessed meats, eggs, yogurt with a tiny bit of honey, coffee and tea with unsweetened almond milk, no soda or juice ever, seltzer water when I crave soda, no grains except corn, drink plenty of water.
Counting your calories, regardless of what you eat, and staying within a healthy amount is the most reliable way to lose weight.
weight loss pills are not the way to go. the prescription ones are dangerous and the supplement ones are useless. they dont force your body to lose weight they just kill your appetite which makes it easier to consume less calories, which u can do yourself without them. since ive started counting calories ive lost 64 lbs
I don’t eat that much but I like cheap n easy freezer microwave meals - I think my clozapine is making me gain but when I told my psych Dr he didn’t want to raise or lower my dose…

The harsh truth is that there is no quick fix. Diet pills are dangerous on the whole, especially if you get them on the web. There is a risk of dying from them!
Become serious about a diet. Count calories and exercise. This will take a few months! Not weeks or days.
If you put in the effort you will see the gains. There is no other healthy way!
It is possible in that I lost 10kgs in 4 months. Without meds, I’m sure I could have lost it a lot quicker, but those are the breaks.
Forget weight loss pills, they are dangerous.
