Weight at morning and in evening

My weight varies up to 3 lbs from morning to evening. Is that normal?

I weigh myself in the mornings on my digital scales because I’m not cheating and I’m at my leanest…

Yes. It is normal. My weight varies like that too. It is water weight that you are gaining and losing. If you set out to sweat out a bunch of fluids you can lose surprising amounts of weight like that. It is not good for a person to lose huge amounts of weight like that, but what you are gaining and losing is perfectly normal and perfectly safe. Still, you might consult your doctor about it. Your doctor might tell you to drink more water in the mornings.

Yes that normal … as you’ve eaten and drunk throughout the day… I tend to put on quite a bit more during periods too

Hmm let me look at mine:
Weight in the morning- 380 pounds (pessimist viewpoint.)
Weight in the evening- 3,200 pounds
Damn meds really made me binge today.
