I got my clozaril bloods today and i got weighed , i lost 3lbs ,i am now done to 13 stone 6lbs, im very happy with that!

It’s going very slowly.

Added 3.4lbs from 3 days ago of my lowest of 313.0lbs. Got to get back to working on lowering my weight.
