Wednesday and nothing to do

Hi Dr Zen Here, its the middle of the week, time to think ahead in to need week. fill the pill container and make out a short shopping list and chore list. rest a bit. the hot weather has its reminder that some of us have to avoid sun light. not done that easy. and pushing the water isn’t that tasty. remarkable we know sleep is one way to cleans the brain, for clear thinking. so talk to your Dr how to get the best of sleep. fresh foods are bought cheep in the summer, buy and deep frieze them. you can even wear those swim cloths around the house to stay cool. art is a post time. and doing so can help too. thank you for your time.
