didn’t feel like a sandwich so I ate a large portion of sliced turkey meat and some dried cherries.

No, everything just closes late, and I haven’t gone shopping yet.

I had a donut stick and a coffee LOL.
Just got through munching on some chips and bean dip though.
Probably gonna heat up a couple burritos here in a little while.
I went to Walmart earlier today and bought a bunch of food.

@Montezuma , my husband says we’ll be out of money by June 1st this month. We don’t get paid until June 26th.
Not sure how we’ll buy groceries.
We ordered takeout food yesterday, but it was only $12 total. But still, I will have to change our meal plans to get us through as long as possible next grocery trip

There a pantry I don’t have to apply for that has all very expired food.
For instance, the last time I went they gave me 6 tubs of cottage cheese that was over a week past the date and it hadn’t been frozen.
That’s too old in my opinion.
The others we don’t qualify for.
A new one just opened up that you apply for but aren’t required to qualify for food stamps but it’s still hard to get approved. I’m going to apply and hope for the best.
