WCA freaked me out, anyone else?

I had the work capability asessment phone appointment today. I was thinking the whole time it’s not legitimate. Though if it is, I don’t think I will get anywhere near enough points and the DWP will decide I have to work. The questions were strange, which made me think she was going to report me to mental health services or social services and trying to gather incriminating evidence.

If they decide you can work, all you have to do is try. If it doesn’t work out you can go back on disability. At least that is how it works here.

She said she didn’t have much information from my GP, so I am guessing I have been set to fail already.

To be honest I love to work. If they can provide you with a job, why not?

Previous Dr said I can never work. I can go somewhere and then spiral downward for days. Though I would like to work from home, I don’t think I could hack a job outside of the home realistically

Thay could be challenging, depending on your medication and your condition. But is worth trying since will force you to get out of the house.
